RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:  All items/products, and our services purchased from La Befana's, and/or La Befana's Specialty Gift Shop, Inc. are non-refundable. There are No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges. No returns once shipped. All Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. All sales are final, and the company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Once purchased you cannot return any products or blended perfumed oils/sprays for a refund due to safety reasons/products could have been tampered with. 

DISCLAIMER PRODUCTS/SERVICES:  Products offered on this website are not for use by children, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. Consult a professional for any potential contradictions/interactions with medication. Pregnant individuals should seek advice before using this product, or any essential oil/blended essential oils/fragrance/sprays from a professional/their doctors. Our product(s) blended perfumed oils/spays are for external use only. The buyer assumes responsibility for testing for allergies and conducting a patch test 24 hours before using our products. If any allergic reaction irritation/redness occurs, discontinue use immediately. Usage is at the buyers’ own risk; we are not liable for any misuse or reactions to our products.

For Intuitive Consultations/Psychic Tarot Readings

Appointments & Payments:

All appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. Due to limited availability, payment secures your scheduled session and ensures your spot is held exclusively for you.

Rescheduling Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an Intuitive Consultation/Psychic Phone Reading. You must call or text Laura at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please clearly provide your full name and a phone number where you can be reached.  Laura will respond and offer the next available appointment time. 

If Laura Must Reschedule:

In the event Laura must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted before your appointment via phone or text. You will be offered the next available appointment that works for both parties.

Cancellations:

Please refer to the rescheduling policy above if you are unable to attend. 

Missed Appointments:

If you do not answer the phone at your scheduled appointment time and have not contacted Laura beforehand, this is considered a missed appointment. Missed appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made and an appointment is confirmed. If you need to change your appointment time, contact Laura immediately. We will gladly work with you to schedule a new appointment time that works for both of us.

Age Requirements:

This website and its content, including any psychic readings or services offered, are intended for users who are 18 years of age. By accessing and using this website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use this website.
